oh im very excited to see a artificial combined with sunlight grow! ... i guess this is what many people do dream about!
what strains are you going to grow? some crazy 20week plus strains?
are you going to stick with your DWC or swiching to another system?
how are you going to control your photo periode ... by hand or you building yourself a automatical device?
is your green air stuff working okay? ever thought about getting the co2 automat?

sorry for those many qs :yeahthats

right now I have Space Queen and Green Crack in the DWC (using sweet and heavy nutes), not pictured in soil a grapefruit diesel and g13xhashplant. No super sativa's planned at this time. I will probably be adding 1-2 more DWC tubs, on the other side most likely will run either Organic soil or RTW Coco. As far as photoperiod I am planning on blacking it out by hand (right now the photoperiod is a little less than 12 hours so I have month to worry about that chore) w/ timers for lights for an extra kick first 1 1/2 and last 1 hour of the day. The cyclestat-4P works great, the CT-DH-3 could use a calibration for the humidistat (its old).

the questions are welcomed, glad you asked! My concern right now is how I am going to keep it cool during the peak of summer. Was thinking about running 1 small evaporative cooler and 1 small AC. Swamp cooler is cheap as fuck to run, but it raises humidity, AC is expensive to run, however it lowers humidity. I might be able to balance them out.

Sweet flippin setup , I know what you mean about the alien abduction .My friend described my green house light as the bat signal . We had to put up side walls at night to curb this . It is going to be alot of work but the payoff should be worth it . We do a flood and drain 10x10 with around 400 plants sog style 3 crops a year of atleast 1/2 oz per plant . I cant wait to see this takeoff , Good Luck peace and chicken grease

yeah 110 is some massive heat! ... but since you are probably aiming for a constant 90 or something shouldnt be too bad!
i would try the swamp cooler / a/c combo as well:
when it gets over 90 the a/c is starting up when it gets over 100 lamps are switching off and the swamp cooler starts up. i would also buy some more little 8" vents to put on the roof so you have aircirculation everywhere when it gets really humid. i dont think a few hours a day do so much harm when there is that much airmovement in the room.
i hope u stop co2 in the night so i would just suck all the mad humid air out in the night and use some fresh air so u dont get any problems with condansation and 100% humidity all night long!

hows your g13xhashplant? ... thought about getting it too

my biggest concern of heat would be if you grow your crop hydroponically , then you need to keep your rez temps as close to 70 as possible . I see your on cement , witch helps your situation big time . Rez chiller is a must , unless you can keep the res in your house , If not growing hydroponically then the skys the limit in a green house . ONE vent in the center of the roof , 4 little vents in the four corners make them all adjustable , and youll be in like flin:joint:

last year i just had one on vent on the roof too but when the plants grew big they blocked it and after a while i pretty much lost all circulation ... i think with maybe 4 small ones its just much more effective

you should get a bunch of 55 gallon drums and fill them with water. THe more you have, the more time it will take the temperature to change in your GH.
