All most everything under the scrog. Not all the way up to the scrog leave about 3 to 4 inches right up to the net to see if it makes it through the net in the stretch. Give it till the end of the stretch and then clean EVERYTHING under the scrog trellis. It gives a boost to the rest of the stuff above the net so you get fattys

You don't want anything under the screen but stalks and stems

Underscreen growth leads to mold. You can see dark clumps of it in the screen shot. While it's still wet, that's the throwaway mold pile next to the 2L soda bottle.

My first ScrOG used no ties. The screen kept everything down and once flowering started I allowed that through the screen. Now I allow the plant over the screen and tie down to it, never allowing stems to rise, only individual buds.

It appears that the first way produces more but, the difference is maybe 5 grams because the second uses the entire footprint of the screen. Both produced colas in the 19" range but, in the first they were 14"-15" tall (gravity and curvature cause a slight height reduction) In the second, grown horizontally, they were only 6" tall. Something to consider for smaller wattages like my 250. Note the twist tie at 3:00 O'Clock in the left pic below? I untied the cola and pulled it up to take the shot. It grew into one of the two at right (from the curve, I'll guess the lower.)

Above the screen, I restrict trimming to trouble makers such as fan leaves that overlap and trap condensation.

if i trim fans, i end up wth leafier bud. the smaller bud leaves start growing to collect light. doesnt help yield either.
