NL5 x Haze OR Jack Herer?

This is an interesting thread, I am after the same thing as Spaventa. I really want to find a really nice electrifying soaring sativa genetics and from all of what I read plus this thread I think I'm going with SSH but I also to you guys experienced with SSH I would like to know of any genetics you would say is just as good if not better.

i have 4 seeds of kalimist in water now. and i got this gno3 c99 male that looks like jack H and has the smell of apollo 11 or one of the apollo strains that lemon cleaner.but its all c99.and i plan on crossing the kalimist xc99 .the then i hop it will give me a kalimist with a exotic smell and tast. i have seen on mr.nice seed site that it was a super silver haze crossed to c99 that was a great cross.so i am looking to get 200 or more seeds to do a search for that special pheno .but if you have any dought on kalimist from serious do not it is a fine smoke of exotic dark bud.that has a nice sativa buzz that last 3-4 hr .its some smoke you cant smoke every day it somthing for the weekend doing things you like out doors.and for special occasions .its like krystal of bud and if your friends wher tto smoke it you will have friends for life.

My Kali Mist [Serious Seeds] properly equals NK5xH in it's prime. Not as mongingly deranged but probably trippier, if you crossed this with another primo sativa dom gene, somewhere in the offspring you could find some real stars.

I never grew jack herer or black domina. But when i get my butt going i will grow my blackjack. Sounds like a good high/stone. jh x bd.

NL#5 x Haze > Jack Herer

and i LOVE jack...its just the skunk in it brings the overall quality down IMHFO. skunk added growability but made it schwaggier then NL and Haze alone. if the grow is for headstash id buy the NL5xHaze. hope this helps.

Nondual, m@rg, beautiful pics of one of the bombest strains to ever come out of A`dam, finally a topic to sink my teeth into. Both of these strains are crucial in your growing education but dont buy seeds, instead try to find the old cuts that are still in circulation. It seems Sensi's genetics drift alot. What was the original release date 95' ? anyway the later seed releases didnt measure up. I did alot of crossing with the JH and it always delivered. The NL%5/haze is also a bona fide killer more on that later

I'd go with the nl x haze myself .....not mutch of a price diff between the two,
but I would say it should depend on your preference of high really....
I have done jh and nl ...... the nl yielded a bit more, had a slightly higher bud to calyx ratio than the jh
and stronger knumby body high ...... the jh was however mutch smoother on the throat a longer lasting soaring high
with excellent anti nausea properties and good for other medicinal purposes.
I'd assume the nl/haze would be like nl but more electric. The yield
may be less I dunno but i dont think my nl's genetics were from Sensi, so who knows, but bottom line it's really up to the qualities you enjoy the most either way enjoy both are awsome

I currently grow 3 different phenos out of 8 females Jack Herers. The phenos are very different. One grows gigantic buds. (about 20 gr. main cola). Another is a grapefruit smelling one, and then there is my Jack #3 that is just very potent.
When we were trying to find the keepers this Jack #3 always came up as very strong joints. Definately you'll find different phenos in Sensi Seed's Jack Herer. I like it very much.

Here you can see that cola on Jack #12 (the one with giant colas)

I have previously grown NL#5/Haze, but i didn't have much experience, so can't really compare. All i know is that i REALLY like Jack Herer.

so
NL#5 X Haze is 25% Indica 75% Sativa
and
Neville's Haze is [NL5 X Haze] X [Haze] so 12.5% Indica and 87.5% Sativa.

It is the same strains^^!

Hmmm I haven't personally smoked the NL#5 x Haze, but a buddy of mine has some freshly harvested Jack Herer with around a 1 month cure... Whatever phenotype he found is just AWESOME. It's been awhile since I've had bud that hit me as hard and fast as this JH. First hit off the bong and I can already feel it slamming me in the dome and then trickling down into my body a bit. As you finish off the bowl it starts to really set in and hit you full body. I usually smoke a bowl and that gets me stuck on the couch for a good 2 hours or so. The cure really smooths out the smoke a bunch too. Nice, expansive, lung filling smoke.

I'm sure there are other phenotypes you can find in there that lean more sativa if you don't like such a powerful body stone. The pheno he found, at low amounts stays pretty heady with little body, but as you keep smoking it that clears away into full couchlock. I love it!

I've done NL5xHaze a couple of times, absolutely electric stuff, no indica sleepiness at all in the one I had. Real warrior weed in my opinion. Kinda of stuff you'd want if you had to march somewhere. Keeps you nice and focused and in the zone too, but not very cerebral.

I'd have kept it for sure, but it turned out that crossing it with another sat made it even better. That's my keeper now, and it's one of the strongest weeds I've ever come across.

Mind you no-one seems to have much negative to say about JH either, JH is also a descendant of NL5xHaze, I believe. The only "negative" I'd say about NL5Haze is that it gets fücking huge, could be tricky in small spaces. Good yields, though.
