that don't sound cool man ..(seriously)... yea i saw the dark matter thread over at bodybuilding.com ...my stack right now is cool .....ya know ON has great supp's at a cheap price.
2 years and 3 months now in the gym.
I'm trying my first premade program with 5d/week and i like it. Before was 3 times a week but longer workouts. I train less time now and get better results.
My right shoulder and the tendon under my clavicular bone hurt since a failed bench after i was sick in august. Since i run this program it's getting better.
I can highly recommend the stuff from renaissance periodization youtube.
